“Our tour was delayed 40 min, even though we arrived 10 min early. It lasted 24 min, but 6 min of that was on the ground waiting, (the pilot started a timer when he turned on the engine). And the pilot didn't speak enough English to describe what we were seeing or answer any questions. Above all, it was a helicopter tour, which by itself is very cool. But, it was expensive for what we got and the company didn't really care, just going through the motions and giving the minimum.”
